Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services
Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that revitalizes central neighborhoods of Pocatello, ID. We revitalize neighborhoods in various ways, including constructing and selling brand new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, down payment and closing cost assistance, rehabilitation loans for existing homeowners, homebuyer education, credit counseling (including foreclosure mitigation and reverse mortgage counseling), a lawn and garden tool lending system and we promote community building and neighborhood organizing. Since 1993, we have assisted more than 850 first-time homebuyers purchase homes and over 270 families rehabilitate their properties.
