Old Town Neighborhood Assets
- Historic Downtown with charming streetscapes including lit trees, hanging floral baskets, and landscaped pockets that are visitor-friendly
- Taste the World on Main Street: Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Greek and a new Colombian restaurant, just to name a few!
- Historic commercial buildings renovated to remember the past and function today: Pocatello High School, Station Square, the Eagles Building and the Marshall Public Library are a start of the list. A thriving business community is supported by the nonprofit, Old Town Pocatello. This ambitious organization leads out in many communal activities bringing hundreds of people to the core of our community. From several parades to the Farmer's Market, to a weekly concert on the green, there is something for everyone to buy or to do in Old Town!
- Spacious parks hosting a variety of sports:
* Raymond Park offers tennis, football, a busy pavilion and children's playground equipment.
* Pocatello's only suspended bridge links Rainy Park to the beautiful Portneuf Greenway and offers a splendid escape into nature.
* Centennial Park has a tucked-away feel giving the neighbors a sense of privacy while serving as the gateway to splendid biking and hiking trails the entire available to entire community. - Mansions, Cottages, Bungalows a diversity of housing stock to suit every taste. The beautiful Stanrod Mansion stands among a host of beautiful homes on lovely Garfield. The northern end of the neighborhood holds a premier home from the 1920s, a French Cottage belonging to the Ifft Family. Many a new homeowner has lived the renovation dream with a beauty found in Old Town Pocatello.
- Two favorite churches of the City are St Joseph's Catholic Church and Trinity Episcopal Church. Both were feature paintings of local artist, George Wise. Timeless treasures!

- Vote on two new Board Members - one focused on home ownership the other on Historic Homes
- Coordinate with a group to work on a Bark Park at Brady Park

Association Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Marshall Public Library
